Dental Whale was a comprehensive solution in the dental industry, and integrating their strengths into our ecosystem has been a game-changer for UptimeHealth.

We retained specific assets that were valuable to our strategic vision, transforming the equipment and service businesses to serve as valuable resources within UptimeServices. By leveraging Dental Whale's established expertise and resources, we have enhanced UptimeHealth's offerings, providing an unparalleled holistic solution.

The Role of UptimeServices

UptimeServices complements UptimeHealth by offering robust logistical support. This includes technician dispatching, access to manufacturers, and parts management. We also provide technician repair and maintenance support to facilitate service and ensure equipment is fixed, whether for manufacturers, distributors, or healthcare providers.

In partnership with the College of Biomedical Equipment Technology, we are working to create the first accredited program for dental equipment service technicians. This is part of our commitment to supporting the technician community and ensuring that they are well-equipped to maintain and repair healthcare equipment efficiently.
